ari provides automated personal finance management and general financial education via SMS. We analyze spending patterns through bank account data you voluntarily connect via Plaid and surface guidance on budgeting, bills, savings habits, and general personal finance concepts (such as tax deadlines, credit factors, and retirement account contribution limits).

You are interacting with an AI. ari’s responses are generated by automated artificial intelligence systems, not a human advisor. Responses may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Always verify important information independently before acting on it.

Education only. ari is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), enrolled agent, or attorney. Nothing ari says constitutes individualized investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. All content is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.

No fiduciary relationship. Your use of ari does not create a fiduciary, advisory, broker-dealer, investment-adviser, accountant-client, or attorney-client relationship between you and Paratus Health, Corp. or any of its personnel.

Consult a licensed professional. For decisions involving your specific financial, tax, investment, insurance, estate, or legal situation, consult a qualified, licensed professional who can review the full facts of your circumstances. Tax and contribution rules in particular change yearly and vary by jurisdiction; do not rely solely on ari for filing or compliance decisions.

No guarantees. Past performance does not predict future results. ari does not guarantee any financial outcome, savings amount, score change, or eligibility for any product, account, or benefit.

Your decisions, your responsibility. All financial decisions are yours alone. By using ari you acknowledge that you, and not Paratus Health, Corp., are solely responsible for your financial choices and their outcomes.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use ari.

Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your connected accounts.

Lawful Use: You will use ari only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and all activities under your account.

By connecting your bank account, you authorize ari and Plaid to access your financial information on your behalf. This includes account balances, transaction history, and account metadata necessary for our coaching service.

You can revoke this authorization at any time by disconnecting your accounts through Plaid’s portal at my.plaid.com or by contacting us.

Use at your own risk. ari provides suggestions based on the spending data and information you share with us. All financial decisions remain yours. Verify any important information before acting on ari’s recommendations.

Service availability. We strive for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. SMS delivery depends on your carrier and may experience delays or failures.

“As is” service. ari is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paratus Health, Corp., its officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, savings, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of ari, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to ari shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paratus Health, Corp. and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of ari, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Service Fees: ari is currently provided free of charge. We may introduce pricing in the future and will notify you at least 30 days before any charges are introduced.

Message Rates: Standard SMS message and data rates from your carrier may apply. We do not charge for messages, but your carrier might.

By texting ari, you consent to receive automated text messages including transaction alerts, coaching tips, and service notifications. Message frequency varies based on your activity and preferences.

Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You’ll receive one confirmation message. Reply START to re-enable. Reply HELP for support.

Carrier Support: All major US carriers supported. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

We use bank-level security measures and do not sell your personal information. Your financial data is encrypted and handled according to industry standards.

ari and all related technologies, trademarks, and content are the property of Paratus Health, Corp. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.

You may terminate your account at any time by texting “delete my account” or emailing support@ari-usa.com.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Binding arbitration. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of ari shall be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS in San Francisco County, California, in accordance with JAMS’ then-current Streamlined Arbitration Rules. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Either party may bring qualifying disputes in small-claims court instead of arbitration.

Class action waiver. YOU AND PARATUS HEALTH, CORP. AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims and may not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.

Jury trial waiver. To the extent permitted by law, you and Paratus Health, Corp. each waive any right to a jury trial.

Opt-out. You may opt out of the arbitration and class-action waiver provisions above by sending written notice to support@ari-usa.com within 30 days of first accepting these terms. Your notice must include your name, phone number, and a statement that you wish to opt out.

Severability. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll notify you of significant changes via SMS or email. Continued use of ari after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
