These Terms of Service govern your use of ari, a text-native financial coaching service provided by Paratus Health, Corp., a Delaware corporation. By texting ari or using our service, you agree to these terms.

ari provides automated financial guidance via SMS. We analyze your spending patterns through bank account data you voluntarily connect via Plaid and provide personalized recommendations about budgeting, saving, and financial habits.
Not Financial Advice: ari is not a licensed financial advisor, investment advisor, CPA, or attorney. Nothing ari says constitutes investment, tax, legal, or professional financial advice. All guidance is educational and informational only.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use ari.
Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your connected accounts.
Lawful Use: You will use ari only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and all activities under your account.
By connecting your bank account, you authorize ari and Plaid to access your financial information on your behalf. This includes account balances, transaction history, and account metadata necessary for our coaching service.
You can revoke this authorization at any time by disconnecting your accounts through Plaid's portal at my.plaid.com or by contacting us.
Use at Your Own Risk: ari provides suggestions based on spending patterns. All financial decisions remain yours. Verify any important information before acting on ari's recommendations.
Service Availability: We strive for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. SMS delivery depends on your carrier and may experience delays.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paratus Health, Corp. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of ari.
Service Fees: ari is currently provided free of charge. We may introduce pricing in the future and will notify you at least 30 days before any charges are introduced.
Message Rates: Standard SMS message and data rates from your carrier may apply. We do not charge for messages, but your carrier might.
By texting ari, you consent to receive automated text messages including transaction alerts, coaching tips, and service notifications. Message frequency varies based on your activity and preferences.
Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You'll receive one confirmation message. Reply START to re-enable. Reply HELP for support.
Carrier Support: All major US carriers supported. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We use bank-level security measures and do not sell your personal information. Your financial data is encrypted and handled according to industry standards.
ari and all related technologies, trademarks, and content are the property of Paratus Health, Corp. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.
You may terminate your account at any time by texting "delete my account" or emailing support@ari-usa.com.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
These terms are governed by California law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco County, California, except for small claims court matters.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via SMS or email. Continued use of ari after changes constitute acceptance of the new terms.
